To use Nkoko Connect, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only

Nkoko Connect may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.

Nkoko Connect provides digital tools and services for Ghana's poultry sector, including:

• Farm management tools

• Online marketplace for inputs and produce

• Barter and exchange system

• Jobs & Gigs listings

• Institutional sourcing

• Learning Centre and farmer support resources

We may add, update, or remove features from time to time to improve user experience.

You agree to:

• Use Nkoko Connect only for legitimate agricultural and business purposes

• Maintain confidentiality of your account login details

• Take full responsibility for all activities under your account

• Ensure information you share (listings, ads, posts, etc.) is truthful and not misleading

Nkoko Connect reserves the right to remove any listing or content that violates our guidelines or Ghanaian law.

Nkoko Connect provides a platform to connect buyers, sellers, and service providers, but does not directly own or control the products or services listed.

• All transactions are between users (farmers, suppliers, buyers, etc.).

• Nkoko Connect does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or payment fulfillment, unless through verified partnerships.

• We encourage users to deal responsibly and report any suspicious activity immediately.

The Barter Exchange allows users to trade goods or services without cash.

Nkoko Connect provides the platform for communication but does not guarantee the fairness or success of barter transactions.

Users are advised to verify terms before agreeing to any trade.

Nkoko Connect connects employers (farmers or businesses) with job seekers.

We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the performance of listed workers or employers. All users are encouraged to verify identity and negotiate terms responsibly.

Users must not:

• Post false, harmful, or illegal information

• Engage in fraud, spam, or misleading advertising

• Misuse data or attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt Nkoko Connect's systems

• Use Nkoko Connect for non-agricultural or unethical purposes

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Nkoko Connect are the property of Templemead Ventures or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Nkoko Connect provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or specific outcomes.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from transactions, technical issues, or user actions.

Nkoko Connect may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support@nkokoconnect.com.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes arising will be resolved through appropriate legal channels within Ghana.
